THE WORKOUT

Orangetheory Fitness is a Half cardio, half strength & power training one hour workout, that gets you into the Orange Zone. This creates “Excess Post-Workout Oxygen Consumption” or EPOC. It is what burns calories for up to 36 hours after your workout! Classes are different every day, available 5am to 8pm, and led by the best Trainers in the industry!
